Services provided by us will be invoiced at prices determined by the Karuah Progress Association Inc. committee. Payment of invoices are due within fourteen days of the issue date. Outstanding invoice reminders will be issued at 30 days. Final action invoices for outstanding/unpaid invoices will be issued at 60 days post issue date, whereby services will cease should the invoice remain unpaid.
Karuah Progress Association Inc. is not registered for GST. Invoices are exclusive of GST.

Refunds will not be issued for services post completion. If you no longer wish to advertise on this website, we require your request in writing in which case we can issue a refund of the remaining months paid for.
If a client is in breach of agreement for services or these outlined terms and conditions, Karuah Progress Association Inc. holds the rights to suspend the carrying out of the services and must promptly give to the client written or verbal notice of the suspension and details of the breach. Should the client remedy the breach Karuah Progress Association Inc must recommence services within a reasonable time frame.
We reserve the right to cancel any agreement to which these terms and conditions apply at any time. Client will be provided with up to 60 days written or verbal notice of the intent to cancel services. We will not be held liable for any losses or damage suffered as a result of cancellation. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to;
Should actions by the client be illegal or result in serious legal ramifications that negatively impact or put us in a position of significant financial loss, the 90 days notification period will become null and void and termination of services is effective immediately.
